Bianca Zedler – Operations Manager
Bianca Zedler gained several years of management experience in the Hotel Bareiss and on the MS Europa 2. As a restaurant manager she helped to open Tim Raues Colettes. She is looking forward to lead the Clärchens as hostess.

Simon Dienemann – Chef
From the country inn to the top gastronomy - Simon Dienemann has already worked at The Square and with Tim Raue. In the Clärchens he reflects back - to the traditional inn culture.
